  There's a growing trend in Korea towards understanding room acoustics.

This is especially true in online communities. I've been aware of its importance for a while now.

But to be honest, the whole thing felt a bit intimidating.

 

 I never really took the plunge. I had no idea how much it would cost.

And even if I did invest in acoustic treatment, how could I be sure it actually made a difference?

Was it truly an improvement or just wishful thinking?

 

 Plus, there's always that nagging question.

 

Do I really need to bother with room acoustics?

 Long story short. The answer is YES.

 

 I finally bit the bullet and tackled the acoustics in my 3.6m x 3.6m room myself.

And I'm really happy with the results!

 

 It was a pretty intense three months. But I learned a lot along the way.

And I'm eager to share my experiences and insights. (Constructive criticism is always welcome!)

 

 Of course, everyone's room is different.

Wall materials, dimensions, window placement, etc. all play a role.

 But hopefully, this will help others avoid some of the initial hurdles I faced.

This is also a way for me to document the process.

I can refer back to it if I ever need to set up another workspace.
